For BETA Users, the Provider may collect account details, including name, email address, company information, and BETA registration or activation information, as well as diagnostic and technical usage information reasonably required to operate and improve the BETA Programme.
The Provider processes the date and time of First BETA Activation in order to determine the three (3) calendar month Free BETA Evaluation Period and retain records of BETA acceptance and terms versioning.
